What forms of payments do you accept? 

Ocean Camera Gadgets accept online payment or bank transfer, pls add in the delivery charge to your payment if you want your item delivered by express courier when you do a bank transfer.

  1. Recommended: PayNowDBS/POSB Paylah! (contact us for details)

  2. Bank transfer to OCBC bank account number: 537-333478001.

  3. Online payment via paypal use credit card.

SHIPPING 
Option 1: FREE Shipping!

Our store provides island wide FREE shipping service (exclude Palau Ubin or Jurong Island). The package will be send out in 2 working days. It will be posted via Normal mail (NO tracking number, if LOST, at YOUR OWN RISK!) and reach you in 5-8 working days. Need it urgently or want to be posted by tractable couriers? JUST top up $5.99 for express delivery with tracking number and will reach you in 2-3 working days. For shipping, full payment should be made online by Paypal, or to our OCBC bank account 537333478001 or PayLah!/ Pay anyone. Unpaid order which failed to be collected after 1 day will be canceled.

We are based in Singapore so we have local stock. We can process and dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. 

We take no responsibility for the item lost due to wrong address filled by the customer and we will not be responsible for purchases lost in the normal mail.

Option 2: Store pickup by appointment.
Self Collection Address: Blk 623 Aljunied Rd, Aljunied Industrial Complex, #02-09, Singapore 389835. Strictly for confirmed and paid order pick up, 2-4pm during weekdays by appointment only via +65-67431541. Pls take note order has to be fully paid before collection and no walk-in purchase is allowed.
